Add a product

What it is for

Photos and one sentence are enough to put an item on sale. The bot fills in the product page for you, and nothing is published without your consent.

With /product and a sentence

  1. You: /product

With a photo and a voice note, then the sizes

Step by step

  1. Type /product, or send the photo of the item straight away.

  2. Send your photos, one or more, for a single product. The bot doesn’t reply to each photo: a few seconds after the last one, it tells you how many it received.

  3. Describe the item under a photo, or in a separate message: its name, its price, the quantity, and the sizes or colours if there are any. A voice note works too.

  4. The bot shows you the product as it understood it. Tap Confirm to publish it, or Cancel. A mistake? Write the correction right below it, for example “the price is 10k”: no need to tap Correct. A forgotten photo can also be sent under the product card.

  5. The bot answers “It’s online”, with the link to the product in your shop.

Sizes and colours

An item comes in several sizes or several colours? Say them when you describe it, in the same message. The bot turns them into options: in your shop, your customers pick theirs before ordering.

    A range of clothing sizes goes up in twos. Shoe sizes go up one by one: “shoe sizes 39 to 41” gives 39, 40 and 41.

    One choice per colour. A single colour is part of the name, like “Black skirt”: it is not a choice.

    A quantity for each size: the bot counts the stock size by size.

    A price for each option: in your shop, the item shows “From 85,000 F”, then the price of the option the customer taps.

Forgot the sizes? Under the product details, the bot reminds you: “Several sizes or colours? Tap Correct and list them.” Tap Correct, then write them, for example “sizes 38 to 42”.

Good to know

  • Write the price the way you like: “12000”, “12k” or “10 000 F”.
  • Give the quantity: the bot tracks the stock, and your shop shows “Sold out” when none are left.
  • The bot puts the item in the right category. To choose it yourself, add a line “Category: Dresses” to the description. A category that does not exist yet is marked “(new)”: it is created if you confirm.
  • Take your time with the description: after three minutes without a message, the bot reminds you, and it only cancels five minutes later.
