Your orders

What it is for

When a customer orders from your shop, they message you on WhatsApp, and the bot asks you what was really sold. Your answer keeps your stock and your report up to date.

Confirming an order

Step by step

  1. The customer picks items in your shop and sends the order: WhatsApp opens on their phone, with a message already written for you.

  2. At the same moment, the bot sends you the order: its code, the items, the total, and three buttons. If you have not written to the bot for 24 hours, it sends a shorter message: the code, the total, and the buttons “Confirm”, “Correct” and “Never came”.

  3. You settle things with the customer as usual: price, delivery, payment. Klin Bot never touches that money.

  4. “Confirm”: everything was sold as ordered. The sale is recorded and your stock goes down. Under the answer, the “Receipt” button makes its receipt.

  5. “Correct”: the customer took less, or at another price. Say in one sentence what was really sold.

  6. “Not received”: the customer never sent you this order on WhatsApp. Nothing is recorded.

Good to know

  • Several orders at once? Each button counts for its own order, even in the shorter message, where it does not show the code: answer in any order you like.
  • Without an answer, the bot reminds you after 2 hours, then every 2 hours, three times at most: “Still waiting: order C-4KZ9.”
  • After 24 hours without an answer, the order is closed and does not count in your sales. If it was sold, record it with /sale.
  • Klin Bot never talks to your customers and never touches their money: the sale is settled between you.
