Your report

What it is for

The report tells you how much you sold, how much you took in, and what you have left. It arrives by itself every month and every week, and /report gives it to you at any time.

Step by step

  1. Type /report: the bot sends you the report for the current month.

    What you send/report

  2. At the top, the month’s figures: sales, items sold, money taken in, and the comparison with last month.

  3. Below: your best sellers, and what you have left in stock.

  4. On the 1st of each month, around 8 am, last month’s report arrives by itself.

  5. Every seven days around 7 am, counting from the day you created your shop, the report for your last seven days arrives as a PDF, with the day-by-day details. Shop created on a Wednesday: it arrives every Wednesday. It also tells you what your customers searched for in your shop without finding it: a good hint of what to offer.

Good to know

  • The report counts confirmed or corrected orders, and the sales you record with /sale.
  • It is not a profit: Klin Bot does not know what you paid for your goods.
  • The stock left only shows for the products whose quantity you gave.
  • The week’s amount is written in the message, with the number of products almost sold out, two or fewer in stock: no need to open the PDF.
