Your shop logo

What it is for

A logo gives your shop a face: your customers recognise it at a glance. It shows at the top of the shop, next to its name, and on your receipts.

Adding your logo

  1. You: /logo

Removing your logo

  1. You: /logo remove

Step by step

  1. Type /logo.

  2. Send the photo of your logo. To keep it sharp, send it as a file instead: tap the paperclip, then “Document”. You can also write /logo under the photo.

  3. The bot shows you the logo as it will look, in its circle. Tap “Confirm”, or “Another photo” to send a different one.

  4. To remove your logo, type /logo remove, then tap “Confirm”: your shop shows its initial again.

  5. Prefer your sales and stock page? Type /dashboard, open the link, then tap “More” and “My shop”. Tap “Add a logo”, choose the image on your phone, check it in its circle, then tap “Confirm”. “Remove the logo” is just below.

Good to know

  • Your logo will fill the whole circle: the edges of a very wide or very tall image may be cut off, so a square image works best.
  • An image that is too small is refused: send one at least 200 pixels on each side. SVG drawings are not accepted.
  • To change it, do /logo again with the new photo: it replaces the old one as soon as you tap “Confirm”.
  • Only the image is kept: anything the photo was hiding, such as where it was taken, is removed.
