Add several products at once

What it is for

Lots of items to put online? Send them together: one photo per product, with its name and price written under the photo. The bot then shows you each product, one by one, and nothing is published without your consent.

Three products at once

  1. You: /products
  2. Klin Bot: To add several products at once, one photo per product: 1. Tap the paperclip, then “Gallery” (on iPhone: the +, then “Photos”). 2. Tap the circle at the top of each photo (or press and hold the first one, then tap the others), 10 at most, then the green button. 3. Under each photo, tap “Add a caption…” and write the name and price of that product. Move to the next photo by tapping its thumbnail, at the bottom. Take your time: I'll wait. For example, under the photo of a dress: “Bazin dress 18000, 2 pieces”. 4. Tap the green send button. 5. A few seconds later, I show you the products one by one. Under each one, tap Confirm to put it online, Correct to change it, or Cancel to skip it without publishing it. A photo without a caption is not added. One product with several photos? Type /product instead. To stop everything, type /cancel.
  3. You tap the paperclip, then “Gallery”.
  4. You tap 3 photos, in this order: photo 1 (a bazin dress), photo 2 (a leather bag), photo 3 (loafers). A numbered green badge appears on each one.
  5. Under photo 1, you write: “Bazin dress 18000, 2 pieces”.
  6. Under photo 2, you write: “Leather bag 15000, 3 pieces”.
  7. Under photo 3, you write: “Loafers 9000, shoe sizes 40 to 43”.
  8. You tap the green button: the 3 photos are sent, each with its caption.

A caption without a price, a photo without a caption

  1. You: /products

Step by step

  1. Type /products, with an s. The bot explains the steps, one by one: one photo per product, ten at most.

    What you send/products

  2. Tap the paperclip, then “Gallery”. Tap the circle at the top of each photo to send, or press and hold the first one: a numbered green badge 1, 2, 3… appears on it, in the order you tap them. Then tap the green button.

  3. The preview opens on the first photo. Tap “Add a caption…” and write the name and price of that product, with its quantity and sizes if there are any.

  4. Tap the next thumbnail, at the bottom of the screen, and write its caption. Do it for every photo: a photo without a caption is not added.

  5. Tap the green send button. A few seconds later, the bot shows you the first product, “Product 1 of 3”.

  6. Tap Confirm to put the product online, or Cancel to skip it without publishing it: the bot’s answer brings the next product. Correct first lets you change the card, then Confirm moves on. At the end, it counts what is online.

Good to know

  • One photo, one product. To show an item from several angles, add it on its own, with /product.
  • No price under the photo? The bot asks for it when its turn comes. A photo without a caption, a video or an eleventh photo is not added: the count at the end tells you so.
  • Each product is confirmed on its own: Cancel only drops that one, and Correct works as for a single product.
  • A customer calls you halfway through? Nothing is lost: without an answer, the bot sets your products aside, and /products picks them up again, until the next day. /cancel stops the sending: what is already online stays online.
