What it is for

Just received new goods? Tell the bot how many arrived, not how many you will have: it does the maths, and shows you the before and the after before saving.

Step by step

  1. Open your shop, tap the product, then “Copy link”, at the very bottom of its page.

  2. Come back to WhatsApp, paste the link and write what arrived. “add 5” or “received 5” work too.

  3. The bot shows you the stock before and after, “3 → 8 (+5)”. Tap Confirm.

  4. A product counted size by size? Say which one, for example “+3 in 38”. If you forget, the bot asks you.

Good to know

  • “+5” adds, “8 left” replaces: the card always shows the before and the after. Check it before you confirm.
  • You never gave this product’s quantity? “+5” starts tracking it, at 5.
  • Two items or fewer in stock, and the product is “almost sold out”: your weekly report and your sales and stock page show it. No separate alert message.
  • On your sales and stock page, a product’s “+ Stock” button does the same, without going through WhatsApp. It only appears on a product whose quantity you gave.
