Delete a product

An item you will not sell any more? Delete it: it disappears from your shop, and its link stops working. You might sell it again? Hide it instead: nothing is erased.

   Open your shop, tap the product you want to delete, then “Copy link”, at the bottom of its page.

   Come back to WhatsApp. Type /delete, a space, then paste the link, in the same message.

   The bot asks whether you really want to delete this product, and reminds you that it is final. Tap Delete: it is done.

   Changed your mind? Tap Keep: the product stays in your shop, nothing is erased.

   The link pasted on its own works too: under the product card, tap Delete. And /delete on its own tells you the way again, with your shop link.

• Hide or Delete? To hide, paste the product’s link and tap Hide: it leaves your shop without erasing anything. To bring it back, paste its link again and tap “Show again”. Delete is final: the product does not come back, and its link stops working, even when shared in your statuses.
• Not sure? Tap Keep, or write “no” or /cancel: nothing is deleted. If you do not answer, the bot does not delete anything either.
• /delete followed by the link of a category deletes it too: its items are not erased, they move to “Uncategorised”.
• To delete your account, write to support: /delete only deletes products and categories.
