What it is for

Like to see your figures at a glance? The bot opens a web page for you with your sales, stock, orders and receipts. It is optional: everything can also be done in WhatsApp.

Step by step

  1. Type /dashboard. The bot sends you a link.

  2. Tap the link within 20 minutes: it works only once. Do not forward it to anyone.

  3. The page shows a single button: tap it.

  4. You see your sales by day, by week and by month, the money taken in, your best sellers, your stock — the products almost sold out first —, the orders to confirm and your receipts.

  5. You can change a price or a quantity, hide a product, confirm an order, record a sale — even of several products, in one go —, new stock or a return, and make a receipt. It is applied straight away, with no message in WhatsApp.

  6. The page stays open for 4 hours. When you are done, tap “Leave the dashboard”, at the bottom of “More” or “My shop”; or close it on all your devices from WhatsApp.

Good to know

  • A new link makes the ones not yet opened unusable. A page that is already open stays open.
  • The link was already used or has expired? The page tells you: type /dashboard to get a new one.
  • Adding a product and its photos, sorting your categories and paying the subscription are done in WhatsApp.
  • The page also opens on a computer. Your reports keep arriving in WhatsApp.
