Change a product

What it is for

To change the price, the stock, the name, the sizes or the colours of a product, paste its link in WhatsApp with what to change. The link alone also gives you the Change, Hide and Delete buttons.

Changing the price and the stock

  1. You: /modify

At the bottom of its page, under “Order on WhatsApp”, tap “Copy link”. 4. Come back here, paste the link and write what to change, for example: “price 15000, 3 left” or “category Dresses”. For sizes and colours: “add the colours black and burgundy” or “remove size 44”. The link alone works too: I'll show you the product and its buttons.

Step by step

  1. Type /modify: the bot reminds you how to do it, with your shop link.

  2. Open your shop and tap the product you want to change.

  3. At the bottom of its page, under “Order on WhatsApp”, tap “Copy link”.

  4. Come back to WhatsApp, paste the link and write what to change.

  5. The bot shows you the before and the after. Forgot something? Write it right below, for example “and 3 left”: the bot completes its proposal. Tap Confirm: it is changed in your shop.

Good to know

  • Write the changes as they come to you: “price 15k”, “2 left”, “all sold”. For new stock, “+5” adds to the stock instead of replacing it.
  • Hide takes the product off your shop without erasing anything: to bring it back, paste its link and tap “Show again”. Delete is final: the bot tells you so before applying it.
  • Spotted a mistake right after publishing? Tap Correct under the product card, within ten minutes: the bot opens the change of the product.
  • A link from another shop is refused: “This link is not in your shop.”
