What it is for

The bot speaks to you in French or English. Choose the language that suits you: its messages and your shop will follow.

Switching to French

  1. You: /language

Step by step

  1. Type /language.

  3. The bot answers you straight away in the chosen language.

  4. To go faster, write /language followed by the language.

Good to know

  • On your first message, the bot guesses your language. If it gets it wrong, /language fixes it.
  • The chosen language is also the language of your shop’s texts, which your customers read.
  • Commands work in both languages: /product or /produit, /help or /aide.
