Record a sale

What it is for

A sale made in person, at the market or over the phone, is recorded by pasting the product’s link. Your stock and your report stay accurate.

Step by step

  1. Type /sale, or tap “Record a sale” under a bot message.

  2. The bot sends you your shop link and the steps to follow. Open your shop and tap the product you sold.

  3. At the bottom of its page, under “Order on WhatsApp”, tap “Copy link”.

  4. Come back to WhatsApp, paste the link and write how many you sold and at what price.

  5. The bot shows you the sale. Tap Confirm: it is recorded under a code, for example V-5RT2, and your stock goes down. The “Receipt” button makes its receipt.

Good to know

  • “2 at 5000” means 2 items at 5,000 F each; “3 at 10k” or “2 x 5000” work too. Without a price, for example “2”, the bot uses the price shown in your shop.
  • A customer took several products? Paste their links in the same message, each followed by its “2 at 5000”, or paste them one after the other under the summary: one sale, one receipt, 15 products at most.
  • The link alone works too: the bot names the product and asks you how many, and at what price.
  • Take your time to fetch the link: the bot reminds you after 3 minutes, and only cancels 2 minutes later.
