Create your shop

What it is for

Your online shop is created in WhatsApp, in three messages. At the end, the bot sends you its link, to share with your customers.

Creating the shop “Chez Awa”

A name that is too long

  1. Klin Bot: Hello! I run your online shop from WhatsApp. What is your shop called?
  2. You: The little shop of Mama Awa
  3. Klin Bot: This name is too long (27 characters): 20 at most. Give me a shorter one, or tap the shortened name below. ; Buttons: The little shop

Step by step

  1. Message the bot on WhatsApp. A simple hello is enough.

  2. The bot asks for your shop name. Reply with a name of 4 to 20 characters, with letters or digits. If it is too long, the bot offers a shortened name: tap it, or type another one.

  3. It then asks for the number your customers will see to order from you. Tap “This number” to keep the one you are writing from, or type another one.

  4. It is ready: the bot sends you your shop link. It will not change: share it in your status and your groups. Right after, it sends you the link to this user guide: keep it for the day you get stuck.

  5. Add your first products: tap “Add a product” under the bot’s message.

Good to know

  • The bot answers in the language of your first message, French or English. You can change it later with /language.
  • Your shop name also gives its address: “Chez Awa” becomes chez-awa. You can change the address once only, with /shop.
  • The trial is free for 14 days. After that, the subscription costs 2,500 F a month.
  • Nothing to install: everything happens in WhatsApp, and your customers open your shop with a simple link.
